A handcrafted gift for Cindy in 2009. Hopefully she will like this. Featuring what I think are some of her favourite colours and a matching gemstone (Madagascar agate) in warm hues of browns and hightlighted by gold in the crackle beads.

4mm glass crackle beads - Golden Chocolate
4mm powder finish glass beads - Powder Platinum
sz 11 Czech seed beads - choccy browns
focal gemstone (Madagascar agate)
tigertail as stringing material

Crochet Hook (size 8 Clover)

Method in Brief

This is a variation of beaded crochet - each "stitch" is worked with [one 4mm bead+four sz11 pearly seed beads]. Worked in 3 part - the main necklace with the toggle-loop. The double baubles worked separately and joined to other end of necklace. And part 3 .. a short length with the gemstone dangle that is then "loop knotted" onto center of main necklace.
